She was predeceased by: her parents, Maury Otis Weaver and Ruby Mae Sweat; her husband Charles Ford; her brother Ronnie Weaver; and her niece Nancy Maureen Weaver.

She is survived by: her significant other Matt Frimml; her brother Maury Weaver (Deane); her sister-in-law Cathy Weaver; her nieces, Lisa Weaver and Monica Weaver Hawkins; and her nephew Michael Weaver (Diane Overton Weaver).

In lieu of flowers the family ask that you donate to the Alabama School for the deaf and blind of Talladega where Carol was a 1964 graduate.
