She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Fannin; her parents, Mary Magdalene Hudson Williams and Luther Floyd Williams; her brother Johnnie Frank Williams; and her grandchildren, April Hosanna Allred and Caleb James Allred.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Fannin Holcombe of Cullman, Susan Fannin Allred (Greg) of Hanceville, Laura Fannin Hale (Anthony) of Vinemont and Aubrey Fannin (Neita) of New Market; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee (Joseph), Seth Allred, Rachel Pirkey (Bryan), Will Allred (Megan), Zachary Allred, Ryan Hale, Adam Hale (Allison), Emily McCluskey (Cody), Christy Keeble (Sonny) and Chloe Fannin. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
