He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Burgess and Angela Buchanan Burgess; his children, Peyton Burgess, Gabriel Burgess and Elijah Burgess; and his sisters, Kristie Bush (Keith) and Crystal Sparks (Heath). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
