He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Lands Hall; his daughters, Vicki Hardman and Wendy (David Brown); his grandchildren, Josey Mae Hardman, Jedidiah Lee Hardman and Casey Joe Brown; his brother V. Hall (Pearl Hall) of Marston Hall, J. H.; his niece Joyce Vance; and his pet Libby.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted, at the funeral home, in memory of Bill.
