He was predeceased by: his parents, Gay Fuller and Irene Fuller; his wife Janette Fuller; his son Steve Fuller; and his brothers, Gayle Fuller and Danny Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Harlin (Richard), Yogi Cutcher (Barbara), Dusty Cutcher (Kim) and Susan Burgess (Terry); his grandchildren, Jessica Allen (Wesley), Bethany Powell (Drew), Brittany Duke, Joshua Burgess (Allie), Ashley Valladares (Tony), Cody Hall (Kayla), Ryan Hall (Emily) and Lauren Walker (Ryan); and his brother Kennith Fuller (Robin). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
