She was predeceased by: her husband Nathan Devoid Collier; her parents, Luther Guy Wilson and Desmer Beatrice Wilson (Brown); her daughter Tammy Jo Collier Medley; and her siblings, Virginia Moore and Luther Donald Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Eric Collier, Linda Collier, Janice Collier-Arsenault, Jennifer Cacciatore and Megan Crider; her grandchildren, Anthony Collier, Ashley Collier-Medley, Janece Arsenault, Forest Arsenault, Jonathan Arsenault, Tara Cage and Malia Cacciatore; and her brother W. D. Wilson. She is also survived by seven great-granddaughters, three great-grandsons, and another great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested in Betty's memory to the American Cancer Society.
