He was predeceased by: his parents, William Riley and Edna Stricklin Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Doris Louise Glover Calvert; his children, Timmy Calvert (Constance) and Robin Calvert; his brother Rev. Joe Calvert (Edith); and his grandchildren, Jessicca Carter (Jay), Luke Jacobs (Sarah), Jerricca Pratt (Eddie), Misty Freeman (Zac) and Cassie Grant (Victor). He is also survived by 27 great- grandchildren plus one on the way; 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones Chapel First Baptist Church (235 Co Rd 1114, Cullman, AL 35057). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
