Clark, Amber Negrin (George), Andrew Clark (Alyssa), Megan Dennert, Jaden Smith (Kindyl), Ryan Smith, Mackenzie Torres (Javier) and Emilee Smith; and his sister Melba Putnell (Kenny). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
