He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert Chamberlain and Martha Anne Helen Mcleod; and his brother Larry Chamberlain of Fairfield, AL. He is survived by: his wife Lou Anne Chamberlain of Cuba, AL; his stepson Josh Reid (Melissa) of Cuba, AL; his grandson Jaxon Reid of Cuba, AL; and his niece Lacey Simmons of Fairfield, AL.
