He was predeceased by: his son Negail McShan; and his siblings, Verina Moore, Annie Bell Kirksey and Tommie Lee McAboy. He is survived by: his spouse Vallie Ray McShan; his daughters, Treva McAboy, Robbie McAboy and Catina McAboy; his grandchildren, Lakeisha Phillips (Jeffrey), Ebony Welch (Charles), Tamara McAboy-Walker, Marcus Hill, Jr. and Xavier McShan; his great grandchildren, Jalaysia, Jalandria Philllips, Lakayla, Alana Welch and Shakyrion Williams; and his siblings, Christine Delaine (Dean), Dorothy Hawkins (Herbert), James Ray McAboy, Eddie McAboy (Shirley) and Johnnie Austin (Rosie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
