Rusty Eugene is survived by: children, Ashley Minor, Hannah Gregory (Joseph) and Chris Parmer; grandchildren, Rusty Armstrong and Landen Minor; mother Martha Parmer; and siblings, Melissa Ingram (Danny), Laura Parmer and Greg Parmer (Belinda). Rusty Eugene is also survived by nieces and nephews.
