She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Smith and Edna Smith. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Byrd; her children, Leann Hunt and Brian Byrd; and her grandchildren, Kristie Blackmon, Aaron Blackmon, Eric Blackmon, Wyatt Blackmon and Jonathan Blackmon. She is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the W. T Wilson Funeral Chapel (2226 Main St Shiloh, Rainsville, AL 35986). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
