He was predeceased by: his father Lee Roy Collins. He is survived by: his son Parker Simpson; his stepmother Linda Collins; and his siblings, Jamie Sparrow, Steve Ledbetter (Darlene), Brian Collins (Sharon), Steven Collins (Michael) and Sammy Ledbetter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
