She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Fred and Olive Elena Herndon; her husband Don Stevens; and her siblings, Betty Clyde Herndon, Jo Ann Stuckey and Fred Jackson Herndon.
She is survived by: her sons, Donny Stevens (Amanda) and Sean J. Stevens; her grandchildren, Chelsey Johnson (Cody) and Savannah Stevens; and her brother Charles Michael Herndon (Patricia).
