He is survived by: his wife Trina Chandler Gilbert; his children, Paula Gilbert (Willie Gilreath) and Patrick Gilbert Jestin (Marilyne); his brother Charles Gilbert (Penny); his grandchildren, Kade Richey, Keyonna Gedeon, Kelsey Gilbert and Kason Gilbert; and his great grandchild Stella Gedeon A. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
