He was predeceased by: his son Jonathon Mullinax; his father Leon Wade; and his sister Ann Woody. He is survived by: his children, Sheena Patterson and Jeremy Patterson; his mother Gladys Wade; his siblings, Jennie McDougal, Steve Wade and Mike Wade; his grandchild Makaela Goble; and his brothers, Daniel Mullinax, Kacie Goble, Kirbie Goble, Kendel Patrick and Klaymore Rogers. He is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (895 Co Rd 480, Crossville, AL 35962). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
