He is survived by: his parents, Chris "Congo" Stevens and Tracy Collins Stevens; his brother Eric Stevens (Jessica); his nephew Brodie Channing Stevens; his niece Dallas Stevens; and his grandmother Joyce Schoggins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
