He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee and Mandy Elizabeth Tripp Masters; his grandson Tyler Willoughby; and his siblings, Grady, Ira, J. C., Lillie, Corine, Opal, Vernie Ruth, Birtha, Estell, Nettie Jo, Mary Alice and Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Driver Masters; and his sons, Larry Willoughby (Patsy), Jerry Willoughby (Betty), Johnny Willoughby (Becky), Ernie Willoughby (Deborah), Lanny Willoughby, Rusty Willoughby (Cheri) and Martin Willoughby. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
