She was predeceased by: her parent Linda. She is survived by: her husband Carey Olin Horn; her children, Tammy Sharaf, Deborah Dykes and Brian Horn (Ruth); her adoptive sons, Samuel Horn (Karla), Zechariah Horn and Jeremiah Horn; her grandchildren, Caden Horn, Lana Horn, Abdullah Sharaf, Faris Sharaf, Nibras Sharaf, Omar Sharaf (Megan), Sarah Sharaf (Chris), Emran Sharaf (Lamaya), Hatim Sharaf and Norah Sharaf; her great grandchildren, Halimah Sharaf and Harlan Ryan Garner; and her sisters, Carolyn Vaughn and Marilyn Cook. She is also survived by her family and friends.
