He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Mulvehill; his parents, Edward Mulvehill and Alice Mulvehill; his sister Carolyn Smith; and his daughter-in-law Paige Hornsby Mulvehill.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Mulvehill; his children, Mark Mulvehill, Sharon Glover (Scott) and Misti Easter (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Christopher Allison, Dylan Mulvehill, Pamela Thessen (Michael) and Brandon Glover (Rachel Puckett); his stepdaughter Sherry Hammett (Buddy); his stepgrandchildren, Erin and Patrick (Lana); and also, Hayden, Avery and Madison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
