Purvis (Kathryn), Melvin Purvis (Francis), Daniel Purvis (Martha), Donald Purvis (Betty), Jimmy Purvis (Janice) and Gerald Purvis (Hazel).

She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Braden (Randy) and Jami Payne (Wade); and her grandchildren, Karli Maloney (Pete) and Casey Helms (Matt). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
