She is survived by: her husband Charles Phillips; her sons, Randy Phillips (Jenny) and Rex Phillips; her grandchildren, Tanya Arnold (Tim), Tim Phillips, Cody Phillips (Andrea) and Cory Barnes (Emily); and her siblings, Kathy Murphree, Rhonda Houts, Bobby, Wayne and Donnie Granade. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
