He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusta Kelley and Loy Kelley; and his brother Glenn Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Syble Kelley; and his children, Rod Kelley, Keith Kelley (Karen), Shawn Kelley (Becky), Kristen Kennedy and Carol Kelley.
