She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred O'Neal and Josephine Fann Welch; her husband William H.; her brother Melvin O'Neal Welch; and her children, William O'Neal Thomas and Angel Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Murray (Glenn) and Tracey Jo Thomas; her grandchildren, Tommy Murray (Emily), Jennifer Gail Kennemur (Brandon), Chris Thomas and Zach Pate; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Pate, Kyle Kennemer, Cooper Kennemer and Brayden Pate.
