He was predeceased by: his parents, Melton Calvert and Exie Calvert; and his brothers, Ray and Harold Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Goodwin; his children, Dana Wells (Jason) and Ken Calvert (Belinda); his grandchildren, Luke Calvert, Lincoln Calvert, Coree Wells and Houston Wells; his brothers, Leon Calvert (Vonda) and Terry Calvert (Carolyn); and his sisters-in-law, Glenda Calvert and Vonda Lee Calvert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
