He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Campbell and Ellie Johnson Campbell; his wife Judith Campbell; and his sisters, Dorothy Smith, Sandra Smith and Joyce Perez.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Baltazar of Hefin and Michael Campbell (Gwendolen) of Owens Crossroads; and his siblings, Jeanette Harmon, Virginia Knowles, Janice Haynes, Melvin Campbell, Glenn Campbell, Phillip Campbell, Billy Wayne Waldrop and Anthony Waldrop. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
