He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Maddox and Rosie Mae Dunson Maddox; and his brothers, Louis Maddox and Paul David Maddox. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ann Bazinaw of Alexander City, AL, Judy Gail Tharpe of Alexander City, AL, Leisa Faye Dukes of Alexander City, AL, Robert Dale Maddox of Cragford, AL and Barry Lane Maddox of Alexander City, AL; and his brothers, Eugene Maddox of Griffin and Carl Maddox of Tyrone, GA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
