She was predeceased by: her parents, Cairey Folkes and Johnnie May Turner; her siblings, Johnnie Fay Folkes, Dorothy Folkes and Addeth E Folkes; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Meagan Elmore.
She is survived by: her son David Allen Elmore (Sheryl) of Wicksburg, AL; her sister Carrie Sue Kirkland of Dothan, AL.; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Folkes of Pansey, AL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and close friends.
