It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Herbert Horn of Cowarts, Alabama, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Horn and Virginia Schmidt Horn; his brother Robert Horn; and his daughter Sonja Horn. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Horn; his sons, Chance Horn (Mae), Trent Horn (Angel) and Brett Horn (Sylvia); his stepchildren, Robin Blackburn (Ted), Loretta Piasecki and Robert Piasecki, Jr.; and his sisters, Charlene Roberts and Marceline Proctor (Brian). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; his 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Kindred Hospice, 2740 Headland Ave., Dothan, AL 36303.
