He is survived by: his wife Pam Parrish; his children, Jennie Temples (Jason) of Webb, Rachel Grommes (Danny) of Newton, Kaylee Temples (Michael Martell) of Headland and Jaidyn Temples (Caymon Moore) of Cowarts; his great grandchild Hadley Martell; his brothers, Dewayne Lewis (Geraldine) of Dothan and Tim Lewis (Wanda) of Webb; his cousins, Ricky Jackson and Patsy Sexton; and his pet Beau. He is also survived by several brother & sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
