He is survived by: his cousin Michael Simpson; his children, Marquitha Conese Bell of Decatur, AL and Charles Pooh of Decatur, AL; his grandson Kyrie James Garrett of Decatur, AL; his siblings, Edna Williams (AL) of Belle Mina, AL, Mattie Louise Ashford (Fred) of Courtland, AL, Jesse Lee Moody (Paula) of Decatur, AL and Telly Lee of Florence, AL; and his sister-in-law Betty Mayes of Decatur, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, church members and friends.
