He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Utley and Jennie Alice Utley Hartsfield. He is survived by: his wife Kay Parks Utley; his daughter Paula Utley (Darrin Miller); his grandchildren, Savannah Stephenson and Peyton Miller; his great grandchild Jansyn Kate; his brothers-in-law, Sammy Parks (Kathy) of Springfield, TN, David Parks (Judy) of Decatur and James Parks of Paragould, AR; and his nephews, Ricky Terry, Tony Terry, Scott Terry, Allen Parks, Shannon Parks, Heath Parks, Russell Kacer, Kirby Kacer and David Harvel.
