He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Ruth Hall; his mother Dorothy Hall; his grandchildren, Erica Rivenbark (Spencer), John David Prevatt, Adam Prevatt, Michael Prevatt and John William Hall; his great grandchild Charles Bryce Rivenbark; his sisters, Barbara Peters (Richard), Terri Michalic (Kevin) and Cathy Fitzgerald (Jim); and his cousin Paul Lee (Ellen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
