He is survived by: his wife Judy Wells; his children, Andy Wells (Brenda), Stephanie Fowler (Tim), Holli Lovrich (Marty) and Chad Wells (Anna); his siblings, Pat Wells (Janice), Virginia Crooms (Clinton) and Clara Merle Nowell (Steve); his grandchildren, Jamie Boudreaux (Erin), Hillary Bray (Stephen), Hunter Wells (Jordan), Caroline Sullivan (Kyle), Austin Wells, Camden Lovrich, Preston Wells, Cate Lovrich, Carson Wells, Allie Grace Lovrich, Claire Wells and Brady Wells; and his great grandchildren, Faith Bray, Ezra Bray, Asher Sullivan, Luke Bray and Jace Wells.
