He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ewell Bridges and Jane Bridges; and his brother Harold Kirkland, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hornsby (Tony) of Reeltown and Wendy Kirkland (Haley Wiggins) of Lynn Haven, FL; his siblings, Janie Harmon (Ed) of Dothan, JoAnn Ruff (Herb) of Mississippi, Kathy Hunter (Charles) of Cottonwood, Sue Lee (Dale) of Blountstown, FL, Lynda Campbell (Randy) of Cottonwood, Shirley Sanders (Tracy) of Andalusia, Albert Kirkland (Starla) of Dothan, Robert Kirkland (Jane) of Chatom and Danny Kirkland (Kim) of Cottonwood; his half-sister Charlotte Vengard of South Florida; and his grandchildren, Kayli Rae, Kenzie Hornsby and Jake Hornsby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
