He was predeceased by: his stepfather Robert Holcomb; his grandparents, Leonard, Lula Hardy, Charles and Mary Prokopchuk; and his close friend Maria Grubb.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Prokopchuk Raybon (Cory) and David Prokopchuk of Taylor, AL; his parents, Gail Hardy Holcomb and Don Prokopchuk; his stepmother Nelda Prokopchuk; his sister Wendy Perez of Jacksonville, FL; his stepbrother Phillip Creel (Melany); his grandchildren, Madi Connor Raybon, Ryland Raybon, Kobi Prokopchuk and Molli Prokopchuk; his niece Briana Hernandez; and his nephews, Billy Perez and Bryan Perez.
