Byrd of Cottondale, AL; her children, Danette Short of Smyrna, TN, Jamie Berry of Hilliard, OH, Erick Byrd of Arlington, TX and Jason Byrd of Nashville, TN; her mother Virginia Acre Rogers of Moundville, AL; and her brother Gene Rogers of Moundville, AL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
