He was predeceased by: his father Carl G Price Sr.; and his grandparents, Ganus, Louise Price, Alex, Ressie Hogue and Andrew Garrison.
He is survived by: his wife Torina L. Price; his children, Apryl Price Eatman (Eric), Andrea Price Patterson (Cory) and Fisher Timothy Price of Cottondale, AL; his siblings, Carla Hall (Dale) and Carl "Dunky" Price, Jr. (Kathy); his mother Mary F Price of Cottondale, AL; his parents-in-law, Billy and Lynn Barger of Cottondale, AL; and his grandchildren, Brooke Eatman, Katie-Rebekah Patterson (Drew), Kamden Burroughs, Gabriella Makenzie Patterson and Owen Price Patterson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama.
