We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2023, at the age of 80, Stoney Rex Patton of Cottondale, Alabama, born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stoney Rex Patton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen C. Patton and Mary Parsons Gilliam; and his siblings, Adrian Patton, David Patton and Helen Patton Blackwell.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Hartley (Ernest); his sons, Billy Patton (Renee) and Bobby Holman (Mary); his grandchildren, Kaila Sullivan (Cody), Lauryn Roll (Bryan), Rebekah McCray and Josh Hamby; his great grandchild Caleb Sullivan; and also, Michele and Karen Patton (Vickey Patton). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, and by a host of other friends.
In lieu of flowers, if you so choose our family requests that a donation be made to the American Cancer Society, or to the Gideon's International, so that bibles can be placed in his remembrance, in the hope that someone else might come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their own Lord and Savior.
