She was predeceased by: her husband Marion Allan Shouse; her sons, Derrick Allen Shouse and Matthew Ian Shouse; and her grandparents, Lillie Mae Hames, Eldredge Hames, William Stafford and Arvella Stafford.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Mae White; her sister Paula Patricia Parmley Gentry; and her grandchildren, Nathan Michael Ross, Jordan Cheyenne Hobson, Matthew Ryan Shouse, Elaine White, Brandon White and Alex White. She is also survived by her husband and sons, she remained with her daughter.
