He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Rawlins and Mildred Hunter Rawlins; and his sister Beverly Rawlins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Rawlins; his daughters, Lynn Heard (David) and Kristy Mizzell (Bryan); his grandsons, Zachary Heard (Kait), Blake Mizzell (Hannah) and Jake Mizzell (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Iris Heard, Rowen Heard and Bastian Mizzell; his sister Jackie Cox (Donnie); and also Ollie Gant. He is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews.
