He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Grover Blair, Jr. and Wynnelle Ruth Clayton Blair; and his sister Sharon "Shady" Elaine Blair. He is survived by: his wife Rama Pidikiti; his daughter Kimberly Blair Rogan; his son-in-law Bill Rogan; and his granddaughter Gabrielle Elaine Blair.
