Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marion Johnson (Cottondale, Alabama), who passed away at the age of 85, on September 13, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Setser and Annie O. Setser; her son Eddie Joe Johnson; and her sisters, Marguerete Scarbrough and Shawnee Dixon.
She is survived by: her spouse J. P. Johnson; her siblings, Marlene Ross (Dewayne), Marvone Munday (Phil), Martha Allen (Richard), Marcele Dale Salt Lake (Gary), Mark Setser (Karen) and Marlin Setser (Judy); her daughter Holly Johnson Ellard (Butch); her grandsons, Shannon Terrell, Chris Terrell, Wesley Garner, Josh Shaw, Jeremy Shaw, Jonathan Burroughs and Matthew Ellard; and also, Faye Jones and Carolyn McGee. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cottondale United Methodist Church in honor of Marion Johnson.
