He was predeceased by: his father Charles Levins. He is survived by: his sons, Brian and Shannon Levins (Arann); his mother Joy Levins; his siblings, Linda Colson, David and Carlos Levins; his grandchildren, Blake, Keithan, Dominic and Forest Levins; the mother of his children Cathy Tyner; and his friend Sandra Hayes.
