He is survived by: his wife Esther Hubbard Windham; his children, Ferra Windham Cox and Forrest Lee Windham (Jamie); his mother Annie Laurie Windham; his sisters, Karen Wedgworth (Donnie) and Marilyn Windham; his grandchildren, Alden Windham, Campbell Cox, Adler Kate Windham and Ava Windham (Carson Cox); and his close friends, Jeff, Molly Floyd, Kim Hubbard Jones, Judsen Jones, Evan, JJ Wedgworth, Ivey, Laurie Beth Gilmore, Keith Duncan, Scott Windham, Gary Stone, Terry Holland, Darrel Dennis, Don Pennington, Wayne Weakley, David Nix, Sr., Lucie King and Dr. Scott Fulgham.
