He was predeceased by: his parent Lael H. Westberg; and his sister Laura W. Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Bettye C. Westberg; his children, Cynthia W. Meggs and John P. Westberg, Jr.; and his granddaughter Amanda G. Lee (Kenny).
