He is survived by: his children, Donald Boyd and Laverne Boyd Martin; his sister Nancy "Carol" Snider; his grandchildren, Taylor Boyd and Rachel Martin; and the mother of his children Dessemer Boyd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
