It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Darby of Cottondale, Alabama, born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eli and Nettie Fuller; her parents, Buck Smith and Lois Smith; and her siblings, Wayne Smith and Annice Smith.

She is survived by: her uncle Benny Fuller; her children, Wendi Montgomery (Tim), Karen Hallum and Steve Bryant Darby; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Hallum and Brody Curlee.
