He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Green and Marie Green; and his siblings, Timmy Green, James Green and Patricia Jones (Patsy Green).

He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Lisa" Green; his daughters, Stephanie Ellis (Eagle) and Ashley Green; his siblings, Glenda Lee (William), Richard Green, Anthony Green (Betty) and Mike Green; and his grandchildren, Kira Ellis (Ethan Baker), Blaine Ellis, Taylin Green and Krisalynn Jones.
