He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Moore Smith; his daughters, Sherry Smith Russell (Darol) and Anita Smith Knight (Tony); his brother A. G. Smith; his grandchildren, Ben Knight (Jessica), Jordan Knight (April) and Brandi Jolly (Robert); his great grandchildren, Ethan Taylor and Peyton Jones; and his great great grandchild Tate Taylor.
